My name is Randy England. I am an attorney now in private practice in Jefferson City, Missouri. I’m mostly a trial lawyer, having spent 14 of the last 19 years as a criminal prosecutor. Criminal law and civil litigation are my chief areas of practice.
I grew up near St. Louis, and before going to law school in 1987, I spent 13 years in business. From 1976 to 1987, I worked for Long John Silver’s as a store manager, area supervisor and senior manager of quality assurance.
I went to law school at the University of Missouri at Columbia.
Jefferson City is home for me and my wife. Our four kids are pretty much grown up, so the house is quiet again. I enjoy writing and working on the internet. In addition to legal writing, I’m in progress on my second novel (and third book).
