About Me
My name is Randy England. I am an attorney now in private practice in Jefferson City, Missouri. I’m mostly a trial lawyer, having spent 14 of the last 20 years as a criminal prosecutor. Criminal defense is my area of practice.
I grew up near St. Louis, and before going to law school in 1987, I spent 13 years in business. From 1976 to 1987, I worked for Long John Silver’s as a store manager, area supervisor and senior manager of quality assurance.
I went to law school at the University of Missouri at Columbia.
Jefferson City is home for me and my wife. Our four kids are grown now, so the house is quiet again. I enjoy writing and working on the internet. In addition to legal writing, I’m in progress on my second novel (and fourth book).
My practice website is located here: Randall England, Attorney at Law

Hello Randell I have some quick questions
If you get a DWI does the officer have to give you a ticket? ?
If you blow do they have to tell you what you blowed??
Thanks for your time and love you blog

The may give you a ticket (court summons) or they may have you bond out and give you a court date. If you blow they do not have to tell the result, but your attorney will learn the breath result later in the discovery process.
